General Session – 2022 – 1 hour session athletes have already warmed up

1st Session – Specific warm up, running technique, feedback and corrections.
2nd Session – Running technique, tyre pulls or band work, acceleration and drive.
3rd Session – Plyometric, sled, starts and reiterate individual running technique.
