  • 2nd Session – Tue 8th Nov – Running Technique, sled and flying speed.
  • 3rd Session – Tue 15th Nov – Plyometric, sled and starts.
  • 4th Session – Tue 22nd Nov – Plyometric, sled and starts.
  • 5th Session – Tue 29th Nov – Velocity and flying speed.
  • 6th Session – Tue 6th Dec – Speed with the hockey stick and quizzing there individual running technique deficiencies
